Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pine Bluff/Pines Mall, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful property and very clean The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the front desk crew, breakfast lady and housekeeping. I will stay again soon based on the staff professionalism alone. They really made you feel welcome and happy to see you each day.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Anytime we asked for something they was always happy to help us. The girls at the desk were so nice and asked how we was doing and talked to our 2 and 3 year old boys every time we walked past. Did I mention how nice having a hot breakfast every morning?! The boys also enjoyed the swimming pool every evening 😎

I especially liked the breakfast, the attendants were cordial, polite, and helpful. The house keeper did an excellent job. I have no complaints.

The breakfast was average. However, the staff was funny and quite possible working with what they were instructed to do.

The hotel itself was very nice. All the staff was very nice.
